IMPORTANT NOTICE

If you “walk-in” and expect to be seen without an appointment, or disrupt the schedule by adding-on a sibling during an appointment, you will be charged an additional $75.00 fee to be paid at time of service.

  • This fee is for interruption of the schedule (when the schedule is interrupted, the doctors run late & scheduled patients have to wait for their appointments)
  • This fee will not be billed to insurance
  • An additional fee will be billed to your insurance carrier who may make you financially responsible
  • You are still responsible for your co-pay

If it is a true medical emergency, the fee will be billed to your insurance carrier.

To avoid a fee, please call our office in advance to schedule your appointment.
